Our expert team provides engaging organizational DEI training and consulting services for military, state agencies, schools, businesses, hospitals, and municipal organizations.

Kitara Johnson-Jones, who is our lead trainer, is a well-known speaker and trainer on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has worked as a chief human resource officer in healthcare settings in addition to running her own business. With a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Workforce Education and Development, and an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education, Kitara is also certified in Diversity and Inclusion for Human Resources from Cornell University.

Kitara grew up in the inner city of Chicago. She has seen the effects of injustice and privilege firsthand, which makes her a strong supporter of inclusive leadership and a voice for the voiceless. She enlisted in the Army and rose to the rank of sergeant in less than two and a half years, and after 5.5 years of active duty, she was honorably discharged with a service-connected disability. Kitara is in the fourth year of a five-year term on the Washington State Supreme Court’s Minority and Justice Commission, a member of the United States Air Force’s Air Mobility Command Civic Leader Program, and has a special appointment by the Secretary of the United States Department of Veteran Affairs to serve as a member of the National Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention Advisory Council.
